Ceramic Heaters

We are one of the leading organizations engaged in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of Industrial Heaters. These products are widely appreciated in the market for durability, high performance and easy installation features.

Ceramic Band Heaters

Electron Ceramic band Heaters have Ceramic "Steatite" as insulator and are usually sheathed with Stainless Steel sheets. Plastic processing requires high temperatures and fast production cycles. Ceramic heaters are designed to meet these demands. These heaters are, in effect, high temperature electric furnaces capable of every efficient heat transfer by conduction, convention and radiation. Heaters with various terminal options are also available.

Ceramic Jacket Heaters

Our offered ceramic jacketed heaters consists of a group of ring-shaped heating devices that clamp around the cylindrical elements. For heat transferring from different band heaters, it works with conductive methods. Most of the band heaters clamp around the outer diameter of a cylindrical element and heat the element from outside.

Ceramic Strip Heaters

Electron Mica Strip Heaters are constructed by winding a nickel-chrome resistance ribbon around mica insulation and encapsulated in a stainless steel sheath. They are available in an extensive variety of sizes and shapes with options for holes, notches and cut-outs. A number of threaded terminals, wire lead options and terminal boxes offer great flexibility for field wiring. These heaters are ideal for plastic processing applications and for anywhere heat is needed on a flat or curved surface.

Ceramic Finned Strip Heaters

These are made as per your design and requirement. Finstrip heaters offer additional element surface for conduction of generated heat to air blast. It can be formed to concentraed heat. Fin Size 1.3/8" * 2 1/2". Also Available in ceramic insulation.....

What is the Role of Ceramic Heaters in Our Lives?

In terms of industrial and consumer ovens, ceramic-insulated heating coils can be far safer than uninsulated heating coils. They shield the coils from leaking grease or other materials, ensuring that they remain effective and lowering the risk of fire. Ceramics can also be found in hair straightening irons sold to the general public. Ceramics are preferred as insulators because of their evenness, safety, and efficiency in distributing heat.

Because ceramic heaters are used in so many different applications, a wide range of ceramic heater configurations is required to serve them. Electric wire or coil heating elements are encased in ceramic insulation or ceramic fibres in the most basic ceramic heater constructions; this basic configuration is used in a diversity of shapes and rods to give a heating source in copiers, dehumidifiers, shrink wrapping machinery, glue guns, heat sealing guns, soldering equipment, valve heaters, resistors, and many other radiating heat applications.

Ceramic heaters are used to warm, plasticize, seal, test, mould, and otherwise heat-treat diverse materials in healthcare, packaging, aerospace equipment development, appliance manufacture, semiconductor fabrication, plastic forming, food processing, surface finishing, and other industries.
